Interior Typesetting and E-book Creation

This is the interior design of the 394-page Our Mutual Blind Spot Since Our Invention of Words by Terry Mollner. This was produced as both print and ebook editions. The design includes running headers and multiple style sheets including character styles, paragraph styles, and master pages to create the table of contents and keep it up to date.
